Workshop Overview

A.) If any of your information changes (name, email, phone number, or emergency contact) after registering, please email cfort@beyondintegrativecounselingandconsulting.com no later than 10 days prior to the first day of training.
· The presenter will contact the participants via email the week of the training with the Zoom invite. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folders.
· Organizational, governmental, and/or company-based email accounts typically have security settings that block Zoom invites to the virtual training.
· Participants must provide a phone number where the training staff can easily reach you before, during, and after the training (e.g. cell number instead of work number if you’ll be training from home).
· Participants must have a stable internet connection and must use their own computer (NOT a cellphone) during the training. The computer must have a working camera and meet Zoom system requirements.
· Participants must be present the entire training (NO exceptions!Training will NOT be recorded.

· Registration Process: Particpatants must register online through our website. Registration will remain open until the workshop reaches capacity.
· Fees: a non-refundable fee of $250.00 is required to secure spot.
· Payment can be made via all major credit cards, Apple Pay, checks (If paying by check, balances must be paid in full within 7 days ofregistrating), and other payment plan options available.

In-Person Tranings ONLY:
A. DO NOT INCLUDE lodging, transportation, meals (other than a light breakfast and an afternoon snack), or or other expenses.tra
B. You are solely responsible for the cost of all travel, lodging, meals (outside of those provided by Company) and other expenses related to your attendance at the program, including, but not limited to, the cost of lunch and dinner on program days.
Training Materials
· Participants will receive training materials during the week of the training.
Cancellation and Refunds
· No Refunds: All fees paid for NCE test preparation services are non-refundable. This policy applies to all registrations, materials, and services associated with the test prep program. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
· Force Majeure Events: In the event of a Force Majeure Event, which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will not be liable for any cancellations or refunds. Participants will not be entitled to a refund or compensation if the test prep services are affected by such events.
· Transfer to Another Training Date: Participants may request to transfer their registration to another training date if they are unable to attend the originally scheduled session. This transfer request must be made at least 14 days prior to the training date. Transfer requests shall be submitted in writing to cfort@beyobditegrativecounseling@gmail.com. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Each participant is allowed only one transfer per registration.
Confidentiality
· All discussions and materials shared during the workshop are confidential. Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing personal information outside the workshop setting.
· PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND AUDIO RECORDING OF ANY OR ALL PART OF THE PROGRAM IS PROHIBITED. SHARING LINKS FOR VIRTUAL TRAINING IS PROHIBITED. In the event you have in your possession any recording or images of any part of the training, you acknowledge that you may not share, upload, publish, or otherwise make that recording or those images available to anyone else, regardless of the circumstances.
