Payment & Cancellation Policy:

 Early bird and standard registration rates available.

 Cancellation must be submitted in writing no later than July 1, 2025 to beyondintegrativecounseling@gmail.com. A processing fee of $75.00 will apply. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2025.

A credit card must be provided hold blocked rooms; this card will only hold rooms.

In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or a force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or venue-related issues), Beyond Integrative Counseling +Consulting, LLC reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event. If this occurs, attendees will be notified immediately and provided with alternative options including rescheduling or full/partial refund as applicable.

 A $100 incidental deposit per stay is required upon check in, if the funds are not used the deposit will be released upon check out.

 CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT TIME 11:00AM.
